Camera Setup (Main Menu / Dashboard / Camera View / Configure)

Overview

The Camera Settings dialog is used to configure cameras to display in the mosaic.

Actions

Edit - Enables editing..

Save - Saves the current settings.

Close - Closes the dialog.

Test - Test the camera and displays the live feed in the lower left hand corner of the screen

Camera Buttons - Allows testing of various camera functions. Note: Not all cameras will support all functions.

Help - Displays the help menu (see Help Menu).

Tool Tips - Hover the mouse cursor over any field descriptor to display a brief description.

Fields

Description - Enter a description of the camera.

          Example: Parking Lot, Loading Dock, Entrance, etc.

IP Address - Enter the IP address to access the camera.

          Example: 65.34.23.45:24355

Login - Enter the login used to access the camera..

          Example: secret

Password - Enter the password assigned to the login to access the camera.

          Example: Abc123?

Port - Enter the Port to use.

Example: 80
