Log Off (Main Menu / Log Off)

Overview

When the Log off option is selected the system will return to the user sign on screen. From there another user can

sign on or the application can be closed.

Note: Security on the system is automatically activated when more than 1 user exists. When security is activated each user will be required to login before gaining access to the options specified under permissions.

Actions

Exit - Exits the application.

Help - Displays the help menu (see Help Menu).

Clear - Erases the information in the user name and password fields.

Login  - Performs the login process using the information supplied in the user name and password fields.

Fields

User name - Enter your user name. The user name is not case sensitive.

Password - Enter your case sensitive password. Entries are masked for privacy.
