Measures (Main Menu / Setup / Stores / Other / Measures)

Overview

The Measures dialog is where you define the unit of measure your scale uses as well as any applicable tares your store has.

Actions

Edit - Edits the current settings.

Save - Saves changes to the current settings.

Cancel - Cancels the current operation.

Close - Closes the Customers form.

Keys - Displays the on-screen keyboard (see On-Screen Keyboard).

Help - Displays the help menu (see Help Menu).

Tool Tips - Hover the mouse cursor over any field descriptor to display a brief description.

Fields

Scale Unit of Measure

          Pounds - Choose between Pounds and Kilograms

          Kilograms - Choose between Pounds and Kilograms

Tare Settings

Tare (1-3) - Used to identify the tares.

Weight (1-3) - Used to record the weight of each tare.

Data Exchange for Label Printing Scales

Activate Check Box - Used to indicate whether or data exchange occurs between the StoreTender Online POS software and E-Plum scale communication software. Check to activate.
