Time Cards (Main Menu / Data / Staff / Time Cards)

 

 

Overview

 

The time card table serves as a central repository for all of your employee's time card entries. From this dialog, times can be added, deleted or edited as needed.

 

Actions

 

Find - Selects and displays an employee time card (see Find Dialog)

 

New - Adds a new employee time card entry.

 

Edit - Edits the current employee's time card.

 

Delete - Permanently deletes the current employee's time card entry.

 

Save - Saves changes to the current employee time card.

 

Cancel - Cancels the current operation.

 

Close - Closes the Time Cards form.

 

Help - Displays the help menu (see Help Menu)

 

Tool Tips - Hover the mouse cursor over any field descriptor to display a brief description.

 

Fields

 

Record Locator - The automatically generated internal key for this entry. This is a read-only field.

 

Store - The store where the time card entry originated.

 

Clocked In - The clock in date and time in MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM TT Format

Clocked Out - The clock out date and time in MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM TT Format
